Aly has two daughters, one at CFS. She qualified as a teacher of MFL in 1996 and has since taught across the age spectrum from Year 3 to Year 13 in both French and Spanish. She has a particular interest in pedagogy in general and in particular that of the role of languages within the curriculum in development of pupil's wider skills. In her free time, Aly enjoys swimming, cooking, films, reading and walking her two dogs, Doris and Joan.
