Anne has an electronics engineering degree from Warwick University and has over 20 years’ experience in industry mainly helping companies to design and improve their manufacturing processes to achieve great results and customer service with finite resources. As an operations director and as a division senior manager, Anne has helped to review business performance and to set and deliver strategy. Anne now runs her own consultancy helping businesses to develop the skills and culture to identify and implement improvements in their manufacturing and office processes.

Anne is an elected parent governor with two children in the primary phase of CFS. She has been a supporter of the school since before it opened and served two years on the parent forum.
