Co-opted GovernorFollowing her first degree in Ancient History from the University of Bristol, Claire worked in education for almost twenty years. She has experience of working across a broad spectrum of educational settings, having been a Deputy Headteacher in an area of significant deprivation and a Head of Pre-Preparatory in the Independent sector. Her specialisms include EYFS, SEN, behaviour and safeguarding. Claire has a son at CFS and a dog and two cats at home. She is currently retraining in psychology with a view to completing her PhD in Educational Psychology in the future.
