I am interested in alternatives. My current main one is: what alternative is there to correct the inability of current academic examinations to reflect every youngster’s personal attributes and what effect would this have on school curricula?
I am devoted to the creative and performing arts, having inspired The BRIT School in London (project champion: Richard Branson) and created (and managed for some 30 years), The Liverpool Institute for Performing Arts (project champion: Paul McCartney), which included an higher education institution, a sixth form and a through 4 – 16 school.
My over-riding interest is learning and put simply: what is effective and how can this work for everyone?
