CCF event at the D-Day Story Museum

On Tuesday 28th May 2024, 10 of our cadets took part in a day at The D-Day Story Museum. This event has been organised by The Connaught Trust to commemorate the 80th anniversary of D-Day.

Chichester Free School CCF was the only Army Section in attendance and our cadets were joined by cadets from the RAF and Sea Cadets. 

During the session, the cadets took part in a competition by working as a team in a number of STEM activities.

After lunch, the cadets then visited the museum and the landing craft. An informative and enjoyable day for all.
