CFS Kicks Off Fun and Football for the National #LetGirlsPlay movement!
Exciting news at CFS! Over 60 energetic girls from Year 1 to Year 6 recently took part in two fantastic football sessions aimed at having fun, making new friends, and learning new skills. The sessions were part of the national #LetGirlsPlay movement, which is all about giving girls the same opportunities to enjoy and play football!
Coach Luke led the sessions, bringing tons of energy and excitement to the field. From practising ball control and accuracy to learning cool tricks, every girl had a blast! The best part? It was all about having fun while playing the game with friends.
A huge thank you to Coach Luke and our CFS sports leaders and secondary girls' football team for making these sessions so much fun and for helping every girl feel like a football star. The enthusiasm from the girls was incredible and we can’t wait to keep that excitement going!
We’ll be keeping the football fever alive with more lunchtime sessions, so get ready for even more action on the field. Here's to more goals, laughs, and girl power on the pitch. Let’s keep playing and supporting #LetGirlsPlay! â½
