Rachael Williams represents the West Sussex Growers Association, working closely with local producers such as Vitacress and Barfoots to champion the message of "Field to Fork" – with a strong focus on careers within the horticulture and food production industries.
Each year, Rachael engages with thousands of school children, showcasing the wide range of exciting and diverse roles available across the sector. Today at CFS, she brought this message to life in a truly engaging and interactive way. From colourful vegetables to juicy fruits – including a fresh-from-the-field strawberry taste test – Rachael inspired pupils to see the journey of their food and the people behind it in a whole new light.
