Showjumping Success
Yet again I am overjoyed and so proud to share with you some excellent results from the girls latest competition. The girls travelled to Felbridge Showground on Sunday 9th June to compete in the National Schools Equestrian Association (NSEA) Grassroots showjumping event. Following their success in April, we decided to enter both individually (jumping ranging from 60-90cm) and as a team (70cm).
Within the 60cm class, individual placings were gained by Isabelle and Snowball coming 4th and Bea and Tandy coming 10th. Within the 70cm class, individual placings were gained by Bea and Tandy coming 6th , Izzy and Snowball coming 7th , and Olive and Geno coming 13th. I am so proud to tell you that our first entry as a TEAM representing CFS resulted in us getting 2nd PLACE! This means the team will be competing at the Grassroots Show Jumping Qualifiers August Festival 2024 at Hickstead Show Ground.
Lottie, our seasoned pro, jumped well with her new horse Lavanta; the new partnership continue to grow with confidence and gaining 10th place out of a strong field of 25 riders.
