Tree Planting in Primary
On a drizzly Friday afternoon Year 5 and Year 1 planted over 300 trees and bushes, kindly donated by the Woodland Trust, on what we hope will be our forest school one day. Everyone got involved in either digging, planting, staking or protecting the trees with covers to prevent the deer and rabbits from eating them all. We hope that the children will watch them grow over the years and one day the trees will be big enough to play play in and around. Mrs Wade
