Whole School Carol Concert
We celebrated our first whole school carol concert at Chichester Cathedral and what an evening it was. Rev'd Canon Bruce Ruddock gave an uplifting and lighthearted address to the pupils and congregation, we had readings from students across the school and the Primary and Secondary choir sang to beautiful songs with solos from Millie Boxall, Emer Cassidy, Astrid Lofthouse and Kitty-Primrose Alden. We also had performances from the CFS Junior Band.
Our thanks go to Mrs Newington who was Musical Director for the event, Charley Botlton our fabulous singing teacher who has led the Secondary choir, Miss Bradley-Singleton for leading the Primary Choir and Alan Rodger, our Brass teacher for his support with the CFS brass students. Also thanks to the team at the Cathedral for allowing us to use this magnificent venue and for Mr Charles Harrison for his wonderful organ playing. Merry Christmas to you all.
