Year 3 Roman Dress Up Day
What an incredible Roman Dress Up Day we had! Our classrooms were transformed into a lively Roman forum with all the fantastic costumes on display. We dived into the fascinating world of ancient Rome, mastering the art of Roman numerals, crafting intricate paper mosaics, and whipping up some delicious traditional Roman honey biscuits. Baking was the highlight of most children’s days! But the excitement didn't stop there!
Willow Class delved into the battlefield, learning and acting out some formidable Roman Soldier battle strategies. Elm Class found out why the Romans wanted to come to Britain and played PE games, Romans vs Celts. A fun day to start our Gruesome Gladiators topic!
