Year 7 in Primary for World Book Week
During World Book Week, Year 7 pupils played a special role in celebrating the joy of reading by visiting Reception, Year 1, Year 2, and Year 3 classes to read with small groups of younger pupils. Their enthusiasm and kindness shone through as they engaged the children with exciting stories, fostering a love for books across different age groups. The Year 7 pupils were a credit to our secondary school, demonstrating maturity and leadership while embracing this wonderful opportunity to connect with our younger pupils. It was heart-warming to see yet another fantastic example of our all-through school coming together to celebrate learning in such a meaningful way. - Ms Higgins.
