Year 9 Netball win
CFS Year 9 girls netball team delivered a confident and well-structured performance across all four quarters in their away fixture against Bourne Community College, securing a strong 19–10 win.
From the opening centre pass, CFS set the tone with sharp movement and accurate passing, quickly establishing a lead in the first quarter. Their attacking circle was composed and clinical, while the defenders applied consistent pressure to limit Bourne’s scoring chances.
In the second and third quarters, CFS maintained their intensity, showing excellent teamwork and communication. Mid-court transitions were smooth, and the shooters continued to convert opportunities with precision. Bourne fought back with determination, but Chichester’s defensive unit held firm.
The final quarter saw CFS close out the match with maturity, controlling possession and keeping their composure under pressure. Their ability to adapt and stay focused throughout all four quarters was key to their success.
